Dragon Raja also know as Long Zu, it’s a donghua adapted from Jiang Nan’s novel of the same title.
The protagonist, Lu Mingfei, is a nerdy, video game-playing underachiever who is content to live a mediocre life. But when a strange event causes him to enroll at Cassell College, a school that trains soldiers with special powers to fight in a war between dragons and humans, he’s thrust into a world of adventure and danger. Here he meets a variety of characters, each with their own unique and compelling stories. From the mysterious Zero, the blonde-haired girl with no name who invites the protagonist to dance, to Chu Zihang and Cesar, the two top students at the academy who are absolute badasses with strong superpowers. With each character comes a new challenge for Lu Mingfei, who must learn to harness and use his own powers in order to survive.
The animation in this series is top-notch, with detailed drawings of characters and smooth, fluid action scenes that capture the intensity of the war between dragons and humans. The vibrant colors and intricately painted backgrounds add to the overall atmosphere of the show, making it an enjoyable and immersive experience.
